The 10 ft. Dual Tower Basic Kit is easy installation and organization from beginning to end. This box includes a kit that will meet basic, organization needs with 30 ft. of open shelf space and 9ft. of hanging space. Adjustable shelving stores stacks of sweaters, denim, shoes and more.     A:  Multiple height rails are not required for instillation. We do not recommend altering the intended instillation as it will void the limited lifetime warranty

      A:  yes the 23 7/8th and 34 7/8th shelves are sold in packs of 2 for adding to the kits.

        Q:Can some of the shelves be removed and add additional rod(s). We want some shelf space but would like more two level hanging space as most items are not long.

          It is a good system for a 1/4 of the price. The instructions could be better but just reread them a few time. It took me about 2 hours or so to instructions the system
