Product overall is pretty good. Value for the money is good. Install to the wall is super easy. Hard part is assembly of the drawers and counting holes to permanently secure specific shelves. Closet was 6'x8.5', you can cut down shelves and closet rods to fit. Only thing that is not the best, is the placement of the closet rods, they should have another set of holes set back from the front holes by about 3in, to allow clothes to sit further back.

Closet system as expected at this price point
Closet Evolution Deluxe 60-90" is not a top of line closet system nor is it the bottom of the barrel. It's a decent unit for anyone with a specific budget and basic DIY skills. I'm a female, over 55 y/o, and I was able to install it by myself, including modifications. I put it in a 6x3 step-in closet with the end panels against the wall and 12” shelves at one end. To cut the shelves I put masking tape on the cut line, scored it with a utility knife and made the first cut on both sides and edges using a dremel with a wood cutting wheel. I finished the cut with a hand saw and sanded the edge lightly. The melamine didn’t chip and each shelf took about 30 minutes to complete. The mistake I made on the fixed shelf was not drilling new pilot holes on the cut edge. The fixed shelf is attached to the panels with long screws and without a pilot hole, the screw can (or in my case, did) go in crooked and cause the melamine to crack. The rods were also easy to cut to length. I cut one with a hacksaw and one with a dremel. The hacksaw took a few minutes longer but was easier for me to make a straight cut. Overall, this unit was suitable for my space and needs. It feels stable and secure once installed and I got what I expected at this price point. If I had a large walk-in closet with room for drawers and more shelving I’d probably invest in something that looked more appealing.

System is superior to what is stocked in Home Improvement Stores. Order it.
The construction of this unit is great. Mounting the unit on a v shape metal strip allows space underneath for either extra storage of shoes or changing the flooring in the closet whenever you might choose to update without taking out the organizer. The side panels allow the hang rods to be mounted and adjusted if necessary with great strength. Another brand I helped install had the rods mounted into drywall which would not be good for long term durability. The only negative on this install was the instruction to drill small holes in the stainless steel rod holders and mount the rod to the hanger with a screw. If the rod is cut to the right length this is unnecessary and time consuming. Skip it. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

I purchased this unit when I had a whole shelf come off my wall in my closet. This unit has flexibility when it comes to dimensions. My closet is amazing now. Highly recommend!
Well made and very easy assembly (mine was an 80"...
Well made and very easy assembly (mine was an 80" high opening and I might lower the recommended height for the supports 2-3" to make more room above.)

            Affordable & Easy to Hang
This kit was very easy and straight forward to hang. I went for a custom cube shelf look in the middle in order to preserve rail space. It was missing one of the two rail pieces, but the manufacturer sent one out free of charge.

Highly Functional, Yet Simple Closet Design
I read a lot of reviews before purchasing this closet system for my master bedroom closet. This is probably why I'm giving this closet system a high review because once you know the issues, they are easy to overcome with planning. Took 3 of us 7 hours to build 2 of these closet systems. We probably spent 4 hours on the first one and then had our system down to build the second one in 3 hours. For tools, I used a table saw (great for cutting the custom shelves in a straight line), hack saw with jig to cut at a perfect 90, hammer, and my trusty screw gun with bits. I had no issues making any cuts or assembling the unit with these tools. Don't expect a good outcome on your DIY closet project if you don't have the right tools! Furthermore, per others advice, purchase additional 24" and 32" shelves to go above the rods while adding a top to the unit. This provides additional storage, but it truely does help secure the unit. For added security, I also recommend screwing in the rods and as many of the horizontal shelves that you feel comfortable doing, especially if you aren't supporting your system with walls on both sides. Some people may complain about drilling a few additional holes, but it's not a big deal if you have the right equipment. Drawers went together very nicely and move with ease. It is possible to make adjustments on these as well once they are installed. Just loosen the backing screws. The only thing I'm going to look into is a plastic channel cover to hide the bracket that holds up the shelving unit. While it looks fine as is, it would look so much better if covered. My last tip involves the brackets that you need to secure to the wall in step 1. Don't bother using their silly plastic inserts to mimic a stud if you don't have one nearby. Just make sure to hit the studs where you can and use drywall inserts in the other areas. I did this and I could probably do pullups off the bracket it is so secure. Finally, I had no problems with missing hardware and everything came as ordered, plus as you can see from the pictures, these units are highly customizable. Any ways, be patient, have the right tools, get some friends to help out, and you can build this system in no time.

Very difficult to install - do not buy
This closet system is not worth the money. It is incredibly difficult to install and is not customizable as advertised. You need to cut with a saw multiple pieces to fit a space smaller than 8ft, wood, metal, etc, to the point I felt I was doing DIY. Not to mention is written instructions are awful. The drawers do not construct properly and look off kilter when close. Do not recommend.
