Closet Maid tie and belt rack is another well made, easy to install rack that allows the tie or belt rack to be extended to hang or view items. With a simple push or pull the belts or ties are out of the way until needed. The generous spacing of the hooks allows easy viewing of the items while on the rack. The ball bearing slides the rack effortlessly both in and out. All the necessary screws are included and this is a simple installation if the instruction are read.
The tie or belt hooks are covered with a plastic ribbed cover so they will not damage silk ties or scuff or mar belts or the buckles.
The chrome finish is very good and looks great.

I got this to replace my old wooden rack. I thought I would crawl into this century I guess. It was easy to install and because I put it in a small closet it is nice to have it able to pull out to grab what I need and then retract it back so it is out of the way. The pegs on the top row alternate from the bottom row allowing more ties in a small amount of space.

This sliding tie and belt rack is heavy duty and looks like it will give service for many years. I comes with the appropriate hardware to install and installation is quite easy and direct. I think it will support either tie or belts on each of the 14 hooks and probably even more. The finish is good and I think will probably last without wearing through.
