A: Yes it does, but because it is meant to fit inside of the standard tower, the only hardware it comes with are the pegs that fit in the pre-drilled holes in the tower. It does not come with hardware to mount on a wall or independent of the standard tower. They are also not finished on the sides

They were fine. The only thing I don't like about the entire unit is that the "adjustable" shelves are not as deep as the "fixed" shelves. So they are about 1 inch shallower. I wish they were all the same depth. I do like the fact that they are interchangeable with other closet systems of the same size, from the same company.

Used painters tape to trim these to the correct length and the new finish is so papery and not a plastic resin like it was made two years ago and two layers of the paper peeled up.
