About This Product
Beaded groove pattern creates the character and unique appearance of tongue and groove construction. MDF core material ensures consistent bead depth profile across panel. Beaded Panels can be used for wall paneling, wainscoting, cabinet doors and cabinet backers or anywhere you wish to replicate the tongue and groove appearance of fine woodwork. Panels feature a machined 1-1/2 in. on-center beaded groove pattern. The cutting heads are calibrated to ensure pattern uniformity across the entire sheet for a convincing illusion of tongue and groove woodwork that matches any existing species used. Since beaded panels are unfinished, close color matching with existing molding and millwork is possible. You can finish them or use them in painted applications.

Does this product meet Class B flame spread rating for surface burning?

Is the glue in this product formaldehyde free? No use of urea formaldehyde but your soy-based alternative?

Can I use this outdoors?
No, do not use our products outdoors.
Why are there no instructions anywhere? How do you connect the panels? Can you see the seams? Can they be glued on the wall?
Hi, You will need to place the panels side by side. You might need to cut down a seam to make sure they match up when placing them. There is going to be a seam, but it should be very difficult to notice. Yes, they can also be glued. I would recommend a brad nail to hold them down while the glue dries, then removing the nail. No one can give me instructions on how to install these. I want to know the best type stain/sealer to use, whether they can be stood on end during aclimation time, amount of space between panels when using them aside each other. Anyone?
Hi Reggie, There are so many different options on stain and sealer that is more of a preference option for you. I would speak with an associate in paint department at your local Home Depot store. It would be best to lay the panels flat during acclimation. The panels should be joined at the profile with no space separating.
Is this MDF or is it plywood?
