Awesome idea
I purchased a new fan because I need airflow. My location is the Florida Keys, where it feels like you are closer to the sun. No A/C either. I was using a hampton 10 inch on a nightstand 16 inches away, and was suffocating at night and sweating. I also work in the heat and would like to cool off in bed. So I put this fan together and turned it on. It sounds like an airboat spooling up. There's a cyclone around my corner of the room and it's nice and cool.

Worth it
It’s not an ac unit, but it’s totally worth the price tag. My ac went down after fumigation. So glad I made the purchase.

Very powerful, loud but it's totally awesome
This fan is really great. It is loud but do you really care about noise when it's delivering that much air? I have been using this fan for at least 8hrs everyday for the past month or two and it's still going good. I have no problems with it whatsoever. If you want a fan that is quiet and not very powerful, don't get this, but if you want a truly powerful fan then do yourself a favor and go ahead and purchase this fan. You will not be disappointed.

I needed a farley high powered Fan for my living room. Hot Summers in Arizona! Even On Low it seems like High. It IS Loud, just because it does blow hard...but I'm one of those people who love "Fan noise", especially when I Sleep. I bought it at store, so it wasn't delivered. Was Undamaged. Only had it a couple of Weeks, so far so good. Did get a "warranty" just in case it breaks..but I know majority of people think it's a Waste to get that. That's ok.

Works great
These fans are really powerful. I put the base on the frame, plugged them in and turned them on and the first speed was the highest. They sound like a planes is taking off from your house but they are 10x more productive than a regular fan. They are loud but they actually cool the air fast. I dont mind the sound from them. I sleep just fine with them running because they work so well. I bought 3 and I've placed them in an order that created a suction that thru out all the hot air from one side of my house to the other. It really is noticeable how strong these are and they'll be easier to put away for next year because of their shape. I put dumbells on each of their bases to keep them from moving.

it is a little loud but that does not bother me, I do not like the switch placement or how cheaply the switch is made.
It has a fuse in the plug, a 2 year warranty and even has instructions with pictures to show to how attach the foot.
I needed to use it for a window, pictures attached.

Fuse In Plug
The fan is great and works as should. Lots of other reviews about fan dying and short life cycle. Please be aware the fan has a thermal protection if it over heats and that takes a while unplugged to reset. Also there is a 5amp micro fuse in the plug. Probably would of fixed over half the peoples on here

Working 24/7 in Horse Barn!
So since June these fans have been on pretty much 24/7 in the horse barn. I've secured them up near the rafters and amount of air movement is perfect! In fact all the horses jockey for position now to have their bodies blown to remove the flies! Despite the fan noise I'd rather hear the fan whir than sitting in stale hot air, plus the noise is circumvented with the amount of air movement and when used in the house at night I actually go to sleep to the hum of the fan's volume!

Small plane
This fan blows! In a good way that is!
I got my screwdriver & sat down ready to assemble & low & behold no tools needed!
Lots of fast hard air.
Sounds like a small plane overhead when its on high at times but it wont matter compared to the air flow it gives!
Buy it today, you be disappointed!!!!
