Poor quality - leaves gap between plate and wall.
This Commercial Electric wall plate does not sit flush with the wall!
It leaves a gap between the wall and the plate. Tightening the screws further leads to the soft plastic bowing leaving a worse and uneven gap between the plate and wall.
Very poor quality! Try a Leviton or LeGard instead.

Two connector wall plate
Plate was worth the price. Needed to trim the flash a little in the openings to have the connectors fit.

Sloppy fit with standard keystone jacks
Bought one of these to try out. The standard keystone jacks I had fit really sloppy. It was hard to get the jack to snap in correctly. Even after finally getting the jack locked in, it looked sloppy as there was a bit of a gap on the top side of the jack. I went back and bought a LeGard keystone jack plate. It worked well. I do not recommend this product.

Are the all the reviews on this fake?
I'm not sure what to make of all of the other reviews on this, but I suspect they are fake. this product is incredibly poor quality, and won't even click in in both sides cat 6 keystones. I would not recommend this product. In the picture, you can see that the keystones will not click in the just simply hang on one side, and now I can't get them out. so I will likely waste two on this....

I was looking for a port that will hide the wires around my home when I ran into these 2 port wall plates. The pack came with 5 pieces they come in different colors. I chose the regular white finish you can not go wrong with white. It was very easy to instal them and had no issues connecting the cords. There are no instructions included as this is a very easy job to do.

SUMMARY: THE PERFECT SOLUTION TO MY IT UPGRADE
BACKGROUND: I’m redoing the IT wiring in my home and wanted to put the cabling into the wall instead of on the wall. The Commercial Electric 2-port wall plate looked like the perfect solution.
FIT AND FINISH: I have used Commercial Electric products in the past and this looked the same quality.
INSTALLATION: The wall plate does require a new or existing Low-voltage mounting bracket or outlet box mounted in the wall. The plate is designed for Keystone style snap in fittings.
My installation was through a plywood wall. I used a multi-tool to cut the hole, then installed a Carlon 1-Gang Non-Metallic Low-Voltage Old Work Bracket, Model SC100RR. I ran RG6 and Cat5e cables into their respective Keystone connectors and plugged them into the wall plate. Finally, I screwed the Wall plate into the low-voltage bracket.
I did manage to break one of the mounting screws before the wall plate was snug to the wall. I believe this was due to a poor quality or defective screw included with the wall plate since the low-voltage bracket is plastic.
The wall plate offers a much nicer appearance than the surface-mount boxes I currently have installed.
SUMMARY: A great upgrade for my IT projects.
PROS: Looks good. Easy to install.
CONS: Possibly low-quality screws. Does require low-voltage bracket not included.

Plate is made in a nylon material so it is quick flexible and does not break. The back shows easy snap in with keystone-style ports. Can be used for Data, video, sound, voice or any other media that uses the keystone style. I'll be using them for speaker outputs in different rooms. There are audio binding posts for RCA and 2-wire speakers available for this plate. It looks like most brand snap in style ports work in this plate. The tapered screws provided are long and have a painted head. The plate has re-enforced backing for the screws for extra strength and durability.

Durable thick plastic won't crack easily when screwed down and when cables are inserted or removed..
Easy to install and the double ports make good use of junction boxes and can be taped over for future expansion/addition of connections.
Each sealed in individual packages so they won't scatter all over the tool bag.
Highly recommended.

Much better than the average wall plate which is thin plastic and cracks easily. This wall plate markedly thicker and more durable. The finish is smooth and durable. Works with all standard network jackets, spacers etc. This being a 5 pack saves you some cash and makes it easier to have extras on hand when doing a job or a DIY project for yourself.
