About This Product

DIG 100 ft. 1/2 in. with 0.700 OD dripline is extruded with 1 GPH pressure compensating (PC) drip emitters built into the interior wall of the dripline every 12 in. Each drip emitter continuously adjusts to varying incoming water pressure, ensuring a constant flow rate along the dripline. For commercial and residential applications, install this drip line above the ground and, if desired, cover it with mulch to blend with the landscape. The PC dripline is ideal for plants in preset spacing, narrow plantings and closely spaced plants in rows, as well as for hedges, groundcover, shrubs and roses. For complete coverage of an area, use multiple lines of dripline, placing the lines 16 in. to 24 in. apart. In addition, the dripline can be used around a house foundation to reduce soil movement, cracking and slab damage.

Q:How many gallon per minute in 40psi
    by|Sep 9, 2023
    1 Answer
    Answer This Question

A:  With 40psi, each emitter in the Earthline brown PC Drip Emitter Tubing will put out 1gph. To calculate your GPM, you would: 1- first need to know the total length of your tubing and count (or calculate) the number of emitters, and 2- Add the total number of emitters together and 3- divide by 60 to get your GPM. Each emitter individually puts out about 0.017gpm (1gallon / 60 minutes)= 0.017gpm.

      Q:import how it is uncurled?
      by|Jul 22, 2023
      1 Answer
      Answer This Question

A:  We recommend uncoiling the dripline and laying it out in direct sunlight for 30 minutes to an hour. This will help the tubing relax and make it much easier to install. Best option so far
I tried the black porous drip hoses and they crack quickly in the Texas heat. I tried the micro spray drip hoses and they constantly have to be adjusted. These DIG Earthline brown irrigation tubes are the best so far. They stay in place, no adjusting and I cut them to size. I built a manifold that is supplied by either city water or by rain water collection. I have four garden beds. Each has a manifold with 4 or 5 DIG lines. Each line has an on / off valve. The work great with a water from a no pressure rain collection tank. The water spreads out as it drips. The hoses have two different hole spaces, 12 and 18 inches. Each line is 11 feet long. I like the new DIG valve controls. I no longer have to build PVC to Hose end to tube connections. Great product. Victory garden !

They pulled the tubing w no emitters by mistake and I paid to have it installed. When I called, they offered to exchange it. Since I have to hire someone to reinstall it, they should of given it to me free . Costly mistake but everyone was very nice

Nice hose but I question it’s longevity life because the hose easily bends, cutting off water so you have to open up the flow again. Once it lays flat it works. Glad I purchased a psi part at Home Depot to protect the psi.
