I used them in my kitchen for our backsplash and was able to cut these tiles with ease using a hand tile cutter. They also have a nice shine to the tile.

I had to install it and cut all horizontal joints with a blade so I could straighten the lines. It literally looked like someone drunk installed the tile. And each sheet is .83 sq.ft. Not 1 sq. Ft = $3.59 sqft

I've installed this tile as a backsplash and all the way up the wall. I'm not tile pro, but have done a couple of pebble tile bathrooms in the past. I found this daltile easy to work with, but and it looks nice. I haven't grouted yet, and the wife insists on black grout, so I'm sure all of the flaws will show thru. But, most of the flaws are are not my fault, as the spacing on the sheets is not always precise. And you want to check carefully, as some of the tile have small dings and nicks. Also, some of the blobs that hold the tile together reach nearly to the surface, which might be an issue when grouting (have not got that far yet...). But, for an inexpensive DIY project, this is pretty good stuff, just be ready for a little bit more of a "rustic" look, rather than something super-slick professional.
