Yes, you can use a steam mop on glazed porcelain tile. If the grout is unsealed, please advise that these types of cleaners can have chemicals that leave residue. The residue likes to bond to rough surfaces, and that residue then attracts more dirt. Rinsing of the cleaning chemicals is always recommended.
