A:  I cannot imagine that this would be fireproof. There is no insulation; only a foam pad to protect the contents.

A:  When opening the new item, you should find 2 keys (1 set) inside a small plastic bag and placed on top of the unit. Check all packaging and if still missing, contact Customer Service with the safe serial number and request the missing keys.
