Asked by Dallas May 8, 2020Unfortunately, No. There is no way to change that. That is something that is set at the factory. They are usually created in batches. If both of those packages were bought at the same time then they are likely from the same batch set to the same frequency. It is possible that if your purchase a new pack, they will be on a new frequency

Why does the remote battery die in less than a week with no use? Spent more on battery replacemen...
Asked by Chuck June 30, 2019Our remote has a short as well. It worked well for a season, but then after that, I thought it was the battery. Replaced with a brand new one and the little green LED light is weak and only lights up occasionally. I take the battery out, put it back in, and nothing-tiny little flash. On occasion I get lucky and get it to take and the lights come on, but then it doesn't work again after that. I need a new remote, but I doubt I can exchange at this point due to age. I don't need new receiver outlets. I wish there was a way to contact corporate.
