I’m very happy with this Delta frameless sliding shower track kit. The nickel finish looks clean and modern, and the components feel solid and well-made. Installation was straightforward with clear instructions, and it adjusted easily to fit my opening. The door glides smoothly and quietly, giving the shower a high-end, custom look. Overall, excellent quality for the price and exactly what I expected from Delta.

Our Door Shattered as well as others I see
Went away for a week. Can home to glass everywhere. Stuck in the wall. All over the bathroom. Out into the bedroom. EVERYWHERE.

Door Shattered
I installed this shower door during a remodel about 5 years ago. It looked great and has has zero issues until the other night at midnight it just shattered on its own. Woke up to a crashing and it was fully shattered and all over the bathroom and hallway which is now leading me to have to buy it again or replace the whole track unfortunately.

I've installed these Delta doors for over a decade, they were once my favorite DYI door.
They changed the design and now they are among the worst imo.
They give you clear plastic strips to place on the outter edge of each door to use as a gasket to keep the water inside the shower. They look ugly, they absolutely will turn brown with dirt and mold. They will wear out too.
All other shower doors use aluminum side strips, screwed into the wall. This keeps the water inside.
The rollers for the doors were bad as well. Made of plastic, bulky and they don't have enough adjust-ability to square the door to the wall.
As a professional I can no longer install this door. I would be doing a disservice to my clients.

Door Shattered Spontaneously
Door shattered spontaneously in middle of the night. Nobody was in bathroom.
Update: 10/31/2025. I called Delta Faucet regarding this. They referred me to Liberty Hardware and said that they basically sell this door on Delta's behalf. Seems like Delta is just trying was their hands of this. I've tried reach Liberty Hardware all week and cannot get a response from anyone AND NEITHER CAN ANYONE FROM DELTA! This is unacceptable. I mean should I buy another door and risk injury?? Then try to get reimbursed later. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. With the amount of complaints with this exact same issue, there should be a better method for handling this by now.

Shower Door a Hazard!
One of the shower doors randomly exploded. Shower was only installed about 3 years prior and in use for the first year. Otherwise, the unit was vacant when this happened. Shards of glass everywhere! It was so explosive that glass was found outside the bathroom into the hallway. Glass found inside and outside the shower. I need to get a replacement door for this. But with SO MANY people experiencing this same issue and with Delta NEVER responsive to replacing it (it’s always the consumer’s fault!), I’m hesitant to get another Delta door in case this happens again and the next time, someone might be in or next to shower and get hurt! My only SAFE alternative is to get a whole new complete unit from another manufacturer and that is what I will do and suggests others to do as well. DON’T BUY DELTA SHOWER DOORS! They do not stand behind their products. I am disillusioned by this well known company brand.
