Asked by Smitty June 30, 2017Hi Smitty, Thank you for your question. The cartridge included with the 3-Setting diverter trim is the RP51918 3-Setting cartridge. This will provide a shared function. In some areas such as California shared shared function cartridges are prohibited by legislation, so a 2-Setting Non-shared (RP71717) cartridge must be purchased separately. The RP71718 3-Setting Non-shared cartridge is used in place of the 6-Setting shared cartridge, RP51919. I have 11000 rough in will a 6 fuction cartridge work as a 3 function diverter ????
Asked by Wilzy May 26, 2016Function 1, shared 1-2, function 2, shared 2-3, function 3, shared 1-3...........you need a 3 function non shared cartridge. function 1, off, function 2, off, function 3, 0ff. Its still 6 position but 3 function. Diverter handle at 12 o clock, top output, handle at 4 o clock right output, handle at 8 o clock left output. With off being 2 o clock, 6 o clock and 10 o clock.
I have a rough-in R10000. Will this fit?
