If you are asking can you have a garden hose on one fitting and your shower on the other , yes you can but you need to add a garden hose thread adapter to the 1/2 inch male pipe thread from the valve

No, it is too small. Look in Lawn and Garden for a Y-splitter made especially for garden hoses and see if that meets your requirements.
