Dreamline Enigma Shower Surround
Truly a high end custom shower surround. Definitely a two person install due to the weight of the glass. Installation directions were vague and confusing. The manufacturer could do better in that regard. Overall, very pleased with the final product.

Great Looking But Flawed Design
First of all, let me start by saying this is a beautiful and well built shower enclosure. It is really beautiful. But it comes with some design issues that i hope Dreamline would fix. First of the gap between the fixed panel and rolling shower door is almost an inch. This tesults in water coming out of the shower area when you bathe. Dresmline should provide some sort of a yranspatent plate so that water does npt flow out. Secondly when you close the shower door, thete is a gap as the door does not close totally again resulting in water coming out of the enclosure. I managed to get a shower door seal seperately. However, this should have been provided by Dreamline. Unfortunately this is not a product that you can just pull out from your tiles snd return back so guess just have to clean up outside the enclosure after every shower.

Thank you for your feedback. You should have received 2 vinyl strips that overlap in the area between your glass, blocking any leaking. There is also a bumper strip that should have been put on the closing side of your door to prevent the panel from touching the wall and allowing it to seal against the wall. Amazing customer service!
The stationary glass wall shattered when my contractor was putting it in. I cannot say enough about Dreamline customer service! Responded within one hour and sent a replacement under warranty. Top notch service turned what could have been a very bad experience into a very good one.

Update to my prevoius review
After I wrote the review regarding the door stoppers that did not fit, I contacted the manufacturer/distributor (support@bathauthority.com) and described the problem (including photos).
Customer support responded the next morning and shipped replacement parts the same day under warranty.
Today I installed the replacement parts (Upper Guide Rail and 2 Door Stoppers). This time they fit perfect and it took about one hour to install them (including cutting the guide rail to the exact length).
I believe the parts that did not fit the first time were a one time issue.
Anyway, the customer support is excellent and solved the problem immediately.
Therefore I change my rating of this product to RECOMMENDED.

I’ve installed countless Dreamline doors and this door with the perpendicular glass side has very poor instructions leaving u to make basically a guess on measurements and fitting. Nice door worth the money but if you got a two sided glass enclosure get a professional that specifically has don this door. You get two manuals and are asked to jump back and forth between the two. Nice door poor instructions. And I had parts missing but Dreamline made right. If you are not a shower and bath specialist it’s not for u.

All DreamLine products should actually be installed by a professional, but this one in particular is a very difficult installation due to its extremely frame-less design. well built and stylish
This enclosure is well built with style. Gives our master bathroom a spa feel while in the comfort of our own home. Installation was a quick and easy if you have the right tools. This enclosure is not for a weekend worrier assemble. The tempered glass is heavy, the support brackets are made of thick gage steel that you'll have to cut if you need to reduce it to fit your shower.
