does this include the back walls
This product listing is only for the Prism Plus neo-angle glass shower enclosure and it will not include a shower base or any type of shower walls. The matching neo-angle shower base is the DreamLine SlimLine 36x36" neo-angle shower base model # DLT-2036360 (NOTE: base must be larger than the glass by 2" so the glass fits up onto the curbs of the base). DreamLine does make a matching glue-up acrylic wall kit called the QWALL-VS. This product is available in 3 finishes - white, biscuit, and black. Thank you for your interest in DreamLine!
What is the length of the side angled tray either side of the opening
This product listing is for the Prism Plus shower enclosure only and does not include a shower base/tray. If you look to the left of the main product picture, you will see some smaller picture tiles, If you click on those and scroll through, one of them will be the technical drawings which will show all the dimensions for the Prism Plus glass enclosure. How wide are the side glasses?
Directly to the left of the main product picture, you will see a pictures to click on for the photo slideshow. One of the pictures in the slideshow is the technical drawings which will show that the hinged stationary panel is 16-1/2" wide and the other stationary panel is 16-11/16" wide. How flush do the side panels need to be, to the shower base. What is a maximum allowed gap?
The side stationary panels for the Prism Plus shower enclosure must be installed directly to the threshold and they must sit perfectly flush on the threshold. There should not be any gap between the glass and the threshold. If the shower base is level (as is required for installation), there should not be any problem getting the glass to sit flush on the threshold. Can one of the sides be customized? I need one side to be 42" and the other to remain as is.

Will this door fit an existing Swan 36 X 36 neo-angle base, or does the base need to be Dreamline?
DreamLine Neo-angle shower enclosures are designed to be installed on DreamLine Neo-angle shower bases. We cannot guarantee compatibility with another manufacturers shower base, unfortunately. You are welcomed to compare technical drawings, but it is unlikely that the Prism Plus shower enclosure will install successfully on the Swan base that you already have.
