Q:I had a professional contractor install this. It is properly silicone sealed all around. The seal at the door hinges leaks all the time. At this point all the new vinyl tile has water under it and all has to be torn up and replaced. How do I stop this?

Q:I had a contractor just install this. Love the look. I do have leaking at the door hinges, and at the bottom of the side with door handle. Any suggestions? Also, do you have a link to get more of the clear seal, maybe I need to reinstall that?

It looks great, looks modern with clean lines. It was hard to install. The photo when we looked to purchase did not show the support bracket well and I am not really happy about the look of the bracket. This picture on this review shows the bracket. The installation instructions in the packaging also showed and optional L-bracket that would fit across the top of the glass. That option was not included in the hardware. The door is hard to hang level. It keeps slipping and I am getting water seeping out of the area between the door and the stationary panel.

The install when well with downloaded instructions (instructions were not included). Level and plump shower is a must, little to no room for errors. After silicone sealing the glass/wall and glass/base areas we found the door & mounting brackets leaked. After sealing brackets we designed and 3D printed a dam that catches the water that leaks around the door (see photo). We also ordered another plastic channel that matches the one on the return panel for the opening side of the door to stop the direct shower hit to that area.
Bottom line: The shower has been a hit with all the family and friends that we have showed it to.

This is a quality product . The glass sections are very heavy so minimum two people are required....

Product is beautiful. We built tiled curb to same specs as Dream Line pan. Installation was straightforward. Requested improvements/criticisms: 1. Inner door handle would be nice.
2. Hardware and written instructions provided were insufficient. Found videos online to solve issues: must use impact driver; allen wrench does not tighten enough to prevent glass slippage. Also cut and made shims from clear pads provided.
Home Depot in store pickup of online orders always a nasty nightmare to experience.
