Very good quality materials and strong drywall anchors. Took a bit of learning to install the first segment but then it went very quickly. The only issue I had was how tightly the rods fit in the brackets. WD-40 didn't quite do the trick but liquid soap and a little prodding from a rubber mallet worked.

Great product. Had old wire shelving. The EZ Shelving looks great, my wife loves it. Directions were great and shelving easy to install. Made a significant improvement in my closet and how we could organize it. Will do all our other closets with this product

Easy to install and looks great

We are extremely pleased with our EZ Shelf system. We had an old wire system in the closet. After remodeling our bathroom and closet, though, we didn't want to return to the wire system. We investigated a number of options (including very expensive closet organizers) but decided on EZ Shelf. As I noted, we are very pleased. We especially like that the shelves are adjustable and can therefore stretch across an entire wall, giving more space. Also, we like the continuous rod, allowing us to easily slide clothes for the entire length, as needed.

So far we are pleased with the closet/shelf system. We have had it installed for a couple of weeks at the time of this review. The installation was not difficult. They include templates to help with the installation, but I found it easier to just use the brackets themselves to mark the walls. There is plenty of hardware, and they include plenty of pieces, so much so that we were able to outfit a newly built walk in closet (two 51 in sections, one 38 in section), and almost two more racks in the old closet (two 54 in sections). I ran short a couple of center supports and one rod, but the customer service, even in the midst of coronavirus mayhem, was friendly, responsive, and very helpful. The closet system itself seems to be solid quality. The plastic is thick and sturdy feeling. The rods are also sturdy and don't seem flimsy. Once installed, the system feels plenty sturdy and solid. I like a sturdy and solid closet rack/shelf system, as I will have plenty of heavy items (coats, uniforms, etc.) hanging from it. The couple of points that would be useful to know ahead of time: 1: a center support should be used for any span over 36 inches (I could not find this on the website, instructions, or printed material, but was part of the response I received from the customer service), so if you are going to be installing multiple sections like I did, you may want to pick up a few extra. 2: the list of what is included in the package would be nice (we had initially also purchased an extra set of end brackets, which we didn't need and returned, but could have instead used the center support brackets). Initially I thought it seemed a bit expensive. But given how much I was able to get done with it, the quality of the product, and the excellent customer service, I am overall very happy with the purchase, but (more importantly?) my wife is happy.
