Why two separate incompatible "Type BR"?
My local Home Depot seemed to only have the "plug-on neutral" breakers, so I assumed this was the same as the faulty breaker I was replacing. Turns out there are in fact two different, INCOMPATIBLE breakers that are both "Type BR" combo AFCI/GFCI 20 amp breakers.

Hello Eric. There are two different styles of BR breakers for different types of load centers. If the plug-on neutral breakers did not work, you will need the pigtail style breakers.
