A: Has to be power to it to reset. Push switch fully to off position and full “stroke” you’re referring to with be there
A: Turn both breakers all the way off the main to Spa panel and Spa breaker itself, then on. If not resolved one of those breakers most likely gone bad.
A: This is compatible with spa wires which comes in 3-wire, 240 Vac, or 4-wire, 120/240 Vac configurations.
