Each of these color changing LED light bulbs are equipped with customizable light settings that can be controlled wirelessly via your existing network Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Can this bulb be used in a light that is already connected to a dimmer switch?
No it does not work with a dimmer.
Can this be operated when the weather is over 104°F? I have 10 bulbs used outdoor, they get deactivated & can't be operated between afternoon and evening when the weather is usually over 110°F in summer in AZ. Is this a fact that they stop operating?

Can the hubspace app turn on the light if installed in a motion detection lamp holder?

I have these bulbs in my swimming pool lights. I had set up the bulbs with Wifi before putting them in. Now they show as offline as WiFi does not reach it. However, can I use Bluetooth? Does the Bluetooth stop working once we enable WiFi?
You can still use the lights with Bluetooth once WiFi is enabled.
