      Q:I'm using these in a ceiling fan that has a built in dimmer, and although these change brightness, they don't turn all the way off. I have to sleep with the light on now. Any suggestions?

      A:  Hello - It is more than likely the bulbs are not compatible with your specific dimmer.

        A:  The small amount of leakage current of ANY dimmer will make the LEDs glow a tiny bit. One fix, though not ideal: If the fixture has multiple lights, replace one LED with a regular incandescent bulb. This will kill the glow when the dimmer is at minimum.

              Super bright candelabra bulbs
              I just installed a crystal ceiling light for my wife and needed 5 candelabra light bulbs. So I checked Home Depot online and found these ecosmart 60w bulbs. And holly cow they are bright and that’s perfect as my wife is a big fan of bright lights. The color of the soft white is also perfect for our color temp choice. The quality of the ecosmart products have been great, I’ve tried many with great success and believe these light bulbs will not disappoint.

                Great product, will save lots of money
                Very happy with these bulbs, they're just as bright as the original 40w incandescent ones and take a tiny fraction of the electricity. The new bulbs take 4.5w so nearly a 90% drop in power usage, they'll pay for themselves within the first year of usage. I also like the environmentally friendly packaging; no plastic or extra paint on the box.
