Vastly incorrect color
Incorrect color sample on website. Be sure to order samples before you purchase.... wish I had. Now my project is delayed. The beam itself looks realistic from a distance and is a good value- if you can manage to get the color you want. If the manufacturer or Home Depot can fix this problem then I would recommend.

The inside dimensions of the product are supposed to be 4" and the delivered is down to 3-1/4" in...
The inside dimensions of the product are supposed to be 4" and the delivered is down to 3-1/4" in areas. Inconsistency and poor craftsmanship is not something i paid $300 per for. Should have made my own.

We ordered 2 pcs. One 20' beam and an 8' beam. The cost was $960.00. First of all, It took way to long to recieve, 6 weeks. When it finally arrived it was painted Gray not Riverwood Expresso Brown.
It was well packaged and easy to install. Very disappointed in the color. It is not Brown in any ones mind. It is Gray.
You need to order a Color sample before purchasing. We will have to re-paint the beam. We should have purchased a real Wood beam. It would have faster and cheaper.
I would not reccommend this product.

We received two beams and both were no way near...
We received two beams and both were no way near the color that was portreyed on their web sight. We gave up and painted it the color we thought we were going to receive. How can a blue beam be called espresso color?
