Therefore, it is unlikely that the panel will bend under normal use and installation. However, extreme force or pressure could potentially cause the panel to bend or deform.       A:  Thanks for reaching out. If you are looking to create varying panel sizes, we'd recommend ordering the panel moulding and corners, separately. This will allow you to customize the size panels needed for your project. The Model # needed for the Ashford Panel Moulding is PML01X00AS. There are several corner options, including Model # PML04X04AS, PML06X06AS, and PML10X10AS-2. The components cut, trim, and install easily and hassle-free with general woodworking tools.

I thought about going with these, but was wondering if I could use these ready panels since they're the right size + go with the pieces you mentioned for the custom size I need (do the moldings have the same cut as these, and are any of the corners in the exact same dimensions/radius?)               I picked it up in the store and the clerk suggested we open it before I left. She was very helpful and carefully opened the box herself. It appeared to be adequately shipped and packed etc .but I believe because it was warped when put together it put stress on the weakest joint. She offered to order it again or offered a discount which I accepted. I am going to try to use it as a frame and attach a backing to it so hopefully that may help correct the warped nature of the Millwork. I have my misgivings because when I try to put it back together where I think I would glue it it seems to want to warp in the other direction which will put stress on the other joints. I am disappointed but hopeful

              Fantastic mouldings!
              I've wanted to update the look of my plain doors for quite some time. I didn't want to purchase and install new doors for fear that I'd run into other unforeseen issues. So, I bought these mouldings. They arrived perfectly and unbroken. They come sanded and painted with a white primer. I put one coat of white paint on them and glued them to my doors with contractor's glue. They look truly fantastic! I couldn't be more pleased. And it was so easy! And the manufacturer of these mouldings, Ekena Millwork, has the best customer service reps, if you have any questions. I highly recommend these mouldings.
