This is beautiful wood working. I love the way my project is turning out! I purchased 2 sizes 3in and 5 in. They're of excellent quality and the natural finish is so smooth and easy to stain or paint. You have to try these corbels. I will be purchasing 2 more to build the fireplace mantel.

These corbels were perfect for our project. We glued five underneath a 72” mantle that we attached to the wall above the fire place. We purchased the alder that matched the paint grade mantle we bought and prepainted all pieces before install. The corbels were very well made and quite smooth,

This did take two coats of paint, but was easy to prepare. It is smaller than a lot of the others and curves inward. This saved space and helps our toddler from hitting his head on them.
