            A:  NO!!! any round "washer-like" fastener hardware that thick would be considered a SPACER or STANDOFF. Washer dimensional specs include inside diameter (ID), outside diameter (OD), and thickness (T). The thickness of these washers is just a hair over 1/16". I only checked a few for consistency of thickness ... I did not notice much in the way of variation. BE WARNED: HD website shows the OD of these washers to be 1.375". They are only 1.00" in OD.
