John - Thank you for reaching out to our Technical Support Team. If the pump is flashing E-14, it is a communication issue between the pump and the Circuit board (Screen). It is possible that the pump might have been struck and the computer disconnected from the pump. Or humidity got inside the circuit board and the damage prevents it from not communicating. If any of these things happened, the pump would have to be replaced. -GP Support
Rigoberto - Thank you for reaching out to our Technical Service Team - Error 1 says that the pump may have run dry for up to 5 minutes. Please reset the pump and make sure there is sufficient water coming in the inlet side.
