You should use a dielectric union when connecting fittings or pipes made of dissimilar materials in any plumbing system. In your case, use a 3/4" Galvanized Steel FIP x Sweat Dielectric Union. You can see a picture of this item on the Home Depot website.
I made a mistake on an answer a few minutes ago. It looks like you are using1/2" fittings so use a 1/2" dielectric union. The pictures on HD website will give you an idea. Bring one of your fittings to the store to make sure you buy the right size union.

The threaded side should have Teflon tape or thread goop. The other side needs to be sweated. I can't answer the other part of your question.
Thank you for your inquiry on the Everbilt 1/2 in. Copper Pressure Cup x FIP Female Adapter Fitting. Since you have the female solder cup x female thread, the answer would be no. The female threads are NPT so they will thread onto a Male IPS thread but the solder cup is to go over copper tubing and not into a Sharkbite fitting. You would want a 603-2 that is fitting/male copper pipe size x FNPT in order to have a size that will be copper tube size to fit into a Sharkbite fitting. You would have to verify with Sharkbite that the fitting end was long enough to make full insertion. For the threaded joint, we only recommend using PTFE/Teflon tape and to never use both pipe dope and tape on the same joint. If you have additional questions, you can reach a NIBCO Technical Services Advisor, M-F 8am - 5pm EST, by phone at (888) 446-4226.
Thank you for your inquiry on the Everbilt 1/2 in. Copper Pressure Cup x FIP Female Adapter Fitting.
