Thank you for your question. Not all Halogen or incandescent fixtures will work properly with LED bulbs. LED bulbs are essentially mini computer boards and the way older fixtures power each socket, they don't always run correctly with LEDs, causing the bulb to not light. I have seen the same issue with standard household bulbs in older bathroom lighting fixtures that use multiple bulbs, had to always leave an incandescent or CFL in one of the slots. The issue is with the light fixture, not the bulbs.
