The Calacatta Luxe porcelain tile presents a beautifully enhanced version of Italian Classicism in a modern tile format. Its smooth polished surface combines distinctively structured veins and a brilliant white background. The combination brings to life the look of desirable and natural marble in a withstanding durable porcelain tile.

Polished finish tile with light white tones and sporadic veining for a realistic marble look in a durable glazed porcelain tile

Durable and frost resistant porcelain for indoor applications; use a latex modified thinset for acceptable bond strength

A: Thank you for your question. As noted on its product page, Calacatta Lux is a polished porcelain tile with less than 0.42 Dynamic Coefficient of Friction (DCOF) Rating. In general, polished surfaces have this rating and are considered more slippery than a matte surface. Porcelain tile is not meant to be altered post production. For assistance with slip-resistance, end-users will strategically place textiles throughout a bathroom, especially at all wet areas.

A: Thank you for your question. No, Calacatta Lux is a different tile with a different graphic. The Michelangelo Collection does include a wall tile to coordinate with Michelangelo Calacatta. The coordinating wall tile is #CHDEZEN109X18 Michelangelo Calacatta 9x18 Ceramic tile and it is a thinner tile with a glossy surface produced for wall use only.
