how many square feet does a box of 15 tiles cover?

I'm trying to figure out what trowel size to use and I've seen different recommended sizes in responses from Florida Tile. I've seen both 1/4 x 1/2 U-joint and 1/4 x 3/8 Square. What is the actual recommended trowel size and is it published anywhere?
Thank you for your question. Trowel selection is determined by tile shape, tile size, and also skillset of the installer. Many installers actually prefer the 1/4"x1/2" U-notch over a square notch because it collapses the ridges of thin-set easier when you press and twist the tile.
