Make hinges and sliding mechanisms by using the FORMUFIT 1-1/4 in. Slip Sling Tee in Purple in your PVC project. As the top portion of this sling tee does not have a detent or stop, it can accommodate a standard 1-1/4 in. PVC pipe passing through it completely. The bottom perpendicular socket is static and will accommodate a standard the end of a separate 1-1/4 in. PVC pipe. This PVC pipe slip fitting is typically found in structural PVC installations where rotation is required. In addition, the slip sling tee can also be used to slide pipe segments to create expanding structures or modular elements. Useful for building doors, lids or rotating handles.
