    A:  This has a slight blue tint to it, which is part of this pipe's UV protection. In regards to clarity, it is completely clear and not hazy or foggy like some clear PVC pipe.

            Nice, Attractive, and Easy to Handle
            I used Formufit 1/2" Furniture Grade PVC pipes and fittings (in clear) to assemble a wall-mount frame for three fitness balls. The result looks clean and professional thanks to the very attractive appearance of the pipes and fittings. The pipes are easy to cut. Gluing the parts together does not require any special qualification. I used PVC Clear Pipe Primer and Cement, and applied solvents with cotton ear sticks instead of the brushes-in-the-cups, which are rather large for 1/2" fittings. Fitting dimensions are easy to account for when cutting pipes to size. The offset between the edge of the pipe within the fitting and the centerline of the crossing pipe is exactly 1/2". The pipe goes into the fitting for exactly 3/4". While the pipes and fitting are quite transparent, they are not completely colorless, but have distinct blueish - purple-ish tint.
