Q:i received our new GE profile combo microwave and oven. I went to turn it on for the first time and it said communication error with the lower oven. I tried to trouble shoot but there were no solutions. I called GE and they had no answers for me.

Replacement oven Microwave
Customer service is better than the quality of the broiler pab. Haven’t used the oven yet, just the microwave which seems to be fine, just different from my previous one. If the doors don’t need to have the springs replaced, that is a plus. Only time will tell.

Perfect Solution

My GE Profile upgrade
Our family has been using a GE Profile wall oven for 12 years. We decided to upgrade to the newer model. We are so glad we did. Even though we had to wait sometime before receiving our new model it came the day before our Christmas party with the grandkids where we would be baking cookies. It came just in time and we are so thankful for this product.

Concerned but still a GE fan
GE appliances make any gourmet kitchen look stylish and sleek. My original combo unit made a vibration noise which was concerning. I reported it and GE has replaced the unit as of today. GE stood by their warranty and even replaced the unit for me. It’s beautiful although only time will tell if the issue with the vibration noise presents itself again, I’m grateful this was not a bad experience. A little disappointed it had to be replaced but very happy about their responsiveness. ❤️
