Pinlessand Drywall moes. I have sheetrock over metal studs. Whenever I test at the edge of a wall endcap it reads full red <54% humidity. Tested in multiple rooms multiple endcap. 2 inches in from the endcap readings are normal.

to what depth does it perceive moisture? If my wood flooring has a plastic/rubber/etc layer on the bottom, does this tool detect moisture under the "rubber" (or whatever the black cover is on the bottom of my wood flooring)?
