YES I am pretty sure you can name each light different and set them at different colors and different brightness even do a routine to come on at different times I have a lamp with 2 bulbs and they turn on different times I set it up with Alexa but this company you can use their program

The instructions do not specifically mention SmartThings, however the bulb is compatible with numerous other smart apps, to include Google Home and Alexa. And SmartThings is also compatible with those, so it is possible, but not having tried it myself I can not say for sure.
