Easy, tough but great looking!!!
What a handy item, which has been used in numerous places around here. The welded on washer insures a wider area of hold and the self tapping point along with the ridgid threads bit through some tough material. They are also rust resistant and look nice.

If you want a "waferhead" screw, these are consistently manufactured and a good value. Note these...
If you want a "waferhead" screw, these are consistently manufactured and a good value. Note these are a thinner head than "truss head". I used them for securing 5/16 and 3/8 T-nuts in place (from the back) for a climbing wall. (To prevent drop-outs in places where I will not have access later.) Two of these per T-nut provided a quick, secure solution, no washers needed.
