Yes, you may use this exterior T-25 bit construction screw for treated wood. In my opinion I would not use anything else but this screw having come in most desired lengths.

Yes they can be used outdoors , great to use screws if you make a mistake easy to unscrew and reproshion, also great for tigh space that would be hard to use a hammer on.
