Can you rewire eliminate the ballast
Unfortunately, not. This is Linear tube is a "Type A" which means it is ballast dependent. If you're trying to eliminate (bypass) the ballast you need a T8 Lenear Lamp that is either "Type B" or "Hybrid (Type A + B)".
