Bad idea, MDF swells when wet. Hard wood that’s been sealed or plastic products hold up better in wet,and damp areas

You can purchase outside corners however When I worked with mine, I cut the corners to fit tightest I used a Kreg jig.

Yes I was able to purchase them in the store. Beware they are really large for this size crown molding.

No, we only used inside. We thought using outside mouldings also in our case would be too much.

You have to cut them yourself. I used a professional installer. Looks great!

No need for outside corner mouldings. A good cut and a little caulking makes for a smooth transition.

There aren't precut corners available in this profile. I'd suggest learning to cut them yourself or hiring a finish carpenter.
