Confused! 1 answer states this i one piece (Tread/riser~ Pre-attached?) Another answer-the nose is attached to the tread, but the riser is separate. Are the tread/riser one piece? Or two pieces in one kit T/R? Or do you buy tread/riser separately?
The tread and riser are not attached. They are separate pieces. The nose is attached to the tread. All of this comes in one kit with 2 pieces - A tread with attached nosing, and then a riser.
Is this installed on top of the mdf stair tread or do I have to remove the mdf board completely.
You would remove your existing stair treads all the way back down to the framing
The 2.5 depth vs the 10 in depth: does that mean that the tread is only 2.5 inches? And would not be the full tread to cover the stair?
Do these only come in Oak?

Does the 10.5 depth include the overhang? If not, ow much do I need to subtract for the overhang.
The specs are on the secondary product photos and yes the 10.5 inch depth includes the complete front to back
Can these go over concrete steps?
I wouldn't as the moisture content from concrete could cause warping over time
