Q:Middle section is dim: Most 2021 reviews all say the middle section is dim compared to top and bottom. Mine too. Please share if yours is this way. Anyone found a fix? I plan to contact the 800 number on page 2 of the manual.

Would be beautiful if mid section worked
Looks like we have the same problem as a lot of other people. The tree is beautiful on the top and the bottom but the mid section looks significantly dimmer. For the price of the tree it is upsetting to have this issue and no fix. Just bought this last year so had this issue after just one Christmas.

Middle Section not as Bright...Big Let Down
We purchased this tree last year. Thought buying the most expensive one would be our best bet. Beautifully lit and realistic however the middle section is noticeably more dim than lower and upper section. There is a clear defined dim section. We returned the first one, and second one had the same issue. We have temporarily accepted it however we have been let down. Gorgeous tree but having to look past a significant defect after spending $1,200 is disappointing. I rarely write reviews however I was sold a less than perfect tree and it looks as though many others were as well. Would not recommend and would like a replacement that does not have this issue, even if it was purchased last year.

middle section of the tree is noticeably dimmer.
It’s beautiful. It really is, BUT, and a big BUT- Last year I thought I was crazy that the the middle of the tree looked weird. Second season useing it, and on all settings the middle of the tree is significantly dimmer than the rest. And after looking at the reviews, I know I’m not the only one. Not sure what we can do about it.

Beautiful…if it would light up all the way
Purchased mid December of 2021 after the tree we had bought in November stopped working and couldn’t be fixed. It’s a beautiful tree, however, when we plugged it in this year a whole set of branches were not lighting at all. Checked all connections. Very disappointed.

Amazing tree with so many lights and options!
Bought this tree yesterday and spent nearly 4 hours today fluffing the branches. It sure was worth it as the tree is amazing.

So many lights. It really brightens the room. For us, we found the colored lights to be overpowering and preferred just the white lights.

Incredibly Beautiful Tree
I just purchased this tree yesterday and put it up last night. This tree is absolutely stunning, so much in fact, that the attached pictures do it no justice. It is so full with such realistic features and of course, the 5000 lights are amazing. The remote allows you to control various colors and pattern changes which is super convenient. I couldn't find my dog last night and he had crawled under this tree and slept which is a first :). I am so happy that I purchased this tree most may say its a little pricey but is worth every time and will be part of our Christmas for years to come.

Just pulled it out of the box.
Bought this beautiful tree, got it home, and started setting it up. I hadn’t even finished the first section when one of the little branches broke off entirely…? At this price, quality control should be a priority but that doesn’t seem to be the case.
