Tree is two years old and lights have faded in portions of the tree. How can this be fixed?
This is my 3rd Christmas with this tree and mine is doing the same thing. It's very frustrating and disappointing for such an expensive tree! :(
How do you use the RF on the remote?
nov 2021 purchase when tree is turned off the lights only go dim, they do not turn off completely when using the remote or the on / off button only when to turn lights off completly is to unplug the tree
Lights on tree not holding chosen pattern
Demo setting has been turned off. No timer is turned on. No matter what setting tree is on it only stays turned on for 30 minutes to 1 hour and turns off by itself. How can this be fixed??

No, this tree from 2022 does not have twinkle feature
Is there a plug on the top of the tree to attach a pre lit topper or do you need to use an extension cord?
No there isn’t, you would have to run an extension cord. It’s also hard to get the topper on the tree also since the branches are very weak.
How do you wire in a tree topper? Did they really think no one would require a plug. I don’t see any plugs on the tree at all. If I get an extension does it need to be plugged into the wall outlet or am I missing a plug on the tree?
