Unable to Control Lights
We loved the tree especially on the white twinkle setting but are unable to change it from the factory-default, showroom display setting. It constantly cycles through light options and is extremely frustrating. Both the remote and app don’t work and we have tried countless times. We received a defective tree and are very unhappy with the overall purchase. 😞 I want to love it because of the beautiful shape but it is disappointing.

Was very easy setting this tree up. Minimal fluffing of branches. It has a ton of lights and a remote to control the lights. I loved the App you can download to control the lights. I liked the fact you can use the white lights or the multicolored lights or both I wanted a slimmer tree, Very nice shape to this tree. I definitely recommend this tree.

It’s quite the Christmas tree
It’s so easy to set up, so beautiful. Definitely worth the price, I only wish there were a couple different settings (dim, twinkle speed, and multi color twinkle) otherwise it’s absolutely worth it.

Home Decorators 7.5’ Christmas Tree
For 30 years we always bought real trees for Christmas. This year we made the tough decision to go with a “fake” tree. After looking at the selection of beautiful trees at HD we bought the 7.5’ Grand Duchess. This morning (December 1st) we unboxed and put up the tree with real hesitation about set up, light function, and appearance! Fears alleviated!! Easy setup! Perfect function. 10 minutes of “fluffing” for amazing appearance. The lights are numerous, evenly spaced and bright. It is gorgeous!! No more watering, dry falling needles, fire danger, tree disposal, stringing lights or crawling under the tree to plug in the lights! Add a scent dispenser with Christmas tree scented cubes and Voila!! Wish we’d done it years ago. Thank you Home Depot and Merry Christmas.

Worth the Hype
I learned about this tree on Instagram - known as "the Tik Tok tree." Had to see what all the hype was about. After visiting my local Home Depot and seeing the tree in person, I had to have it. My favorite light setting is the Warm White Twinkle setting - so magical. The other light options are also fun. I noticed folks in the comments saying the white lights are too white and not warm, but I disagree. The white light setting warm and starry. By far, it was the easiest tree I've assembled.

The tree is absolutely beautiful. The tree is very full. It was extremely difficult to find it in stock, but well worth the wait. The assembly was very easy. Each section easily connects without the need to connect wiring for the lights. It comes with a remote to lights. There are many settings for the lights depending on your taste. I highly recommend this tree. It is beautiful.

Spectacular 🎄
This is my very first artificial tree, I swore I would never even consider one! After seeing this tree go viral last year, I was able to get my hands on one in August. I must say that it’s definitely worth the hype! I downloaded the app and can turn it on and off from my bedroom, it’s nice being able to walk down the hallway with the tree being the only light in the early morning hours. I’m obsessed!!
