the color of it is not as tan as it looks in the picture, it's more cream color. It might not be better for someone else, but I like it anyways.

I saw this rug in my local Home Depot, and all the colors scared me, but I took a gamble and this rug unrolled is gorgeous!!! I am so happy with it. This is not my 1st Home decorators collection rug, the quality of there rugs is far better than others at this price point. I highly recommend.

This is a nice addition to the house. It fits well under the dining room table. It is slightly thicker than I thought it would be especially compared to other similar rugs that I have had. It is a good size as the dining room table and chairs all fit comfortably on top of it. The one thing I will mention is that the rug seems to change according to the light. If you have it in a very well-lit spot then the rug shows a lot more white than what the pictures indicate. But, if the rug is in low light or a night, then it appears the color takes on beige tones. When I first got it, I rolled it out in my garage and left it there for a few days. When I opened the garage door that is when I noticed how white the rug really is. But in the dining room under the table, it has a strong beige look.

My wife likes to change the look of a room by switching out area rugs to bring new color and style to rooms in the house. This is a large rug, almost 8 feet by 10 feet, and the pattern is muted but very stylish. The colors are aqua, gray, rust, greens, browns, and cream. This is a multi pile rug that is soft on your feet. It is a machine made rug from Turkey and the outer edges are tightly bound to keep the edges from curling. This is a quality made rug that looks great on the floor and feels soft on your feet.

This rug looks even better in person. The muted colors are attractive and would fit well in a variety of color schemes. Nice texture and pile make this a winner. It also arrived well wrapped and in pristine condition. I ordered this item on-line; it arrived in a few days in perfect condition. Should this need arise to order a rug on-line, I would not hesitate to do so.

This was one of WOW moments. I went ahead and moved my wife’s favorite rug away from the living room and replaced it with the Home Decorators Collection Medallion Multi 7 ft. 10 in. x 10 ft. Indoor Area Rug thinking she would love it and she did love it. The colors are so great and blend very well with our furniture. I think that it would work great with a lot of different colors and lighting scenes. Nothing more needs to be said about how nice this rug is to view and walk on.

I know the look the manufacturer was going for with this rug: an old Persian rug faded from years of use. However, we found some of the contrasting "non-faded" areas to be a lot darker than the rest of the carpet. It looks uneven, but that could be just because there's no furniture sitting on it yet. Perhaps a sofa, chairs, and a table will hide the variances. The carpet is very soft and comfortable on your feet. The backing is jute so you will need to add a non-skid rug pad underneath to prevent movement and wear on your flooring.
