how do i put 6 wire in and crimp
I followed instructions on the book inside and then there were some videos that Ideal Industries had made to show you how to do it. You have to buy a special crimped for it. Which I got from Home Depot.
You need to get a hold of the correct tool. It takes about three seconds once you have that done. Strip away about 1/4!inch of shielding and it slides right in. Not sure it’s possible without the correct tool.
jackg directions are on the back of the packaging and one of the pictures on the product page shows them. If you search for RJ-11 modular plugs there are numerous video on how to install the plug. If you need help just contact me ron.kipper@idealindustries.com.

Large Diameter Feed-Thru CAT6A/6 Modular Plugs 25/Card
The IDEAL family of Feed-Thru products has expanded to include a new unshielded modular plug connector. This single piece 8P8C RJ-45 connector is designed to work with cable conductors ranging from 22 AWG to 24 AWG solid with an overall insulated 0.040 in. DIa to 0.048 in. per conductor, typically found in unshielded CAT6A/6 cables. The single piece Feed-Thru design simplifies the challenges faced when assembling and terminating twisted pair cables with larger diameter conductors, over 0.041 in., when use of a standard in-line connector is not an option.
Cat6 Feed-Thru RJ45 Modular Plug (25-Pack)
CAT6 Feed-Thru connectors are single piece connectors that use the same assembly process, no special assembly or multiple pieces for CAT6. Open-end Feed-Thru connectors offer several advantages over standard closed end connectors. Conductor order can be verified prior to crimping. Conductors that Feed-Thru the connector are inserted far enough to be pierced by the pin below. The cable can be pushed or pulled into the connector to ensure that the twisted pairs are as close to the pin contacts as possible and that the jacket is seated beyond the primary strain relief for a secure connection. A patent pending design enables conductors to be cut flush with the end face of the connector when used with the FT-45 tool.
