AnswersNo, I do not think it would tip over easily. It's a lovely piece. (I stained mine an oil-based teal, rubbing the stain off quickly so the wood grain shows through.)

AnswersYes, it comes unfinished so you can make it your own work of art. I liked the light wood (pine?) so I used water based polyurethane finished with polycrylic for heat resistance. This is such a cute little table, and the leaves are big enough to make sense having them. Just cute and perfect size for small places. You can paint it with anything, stain, polyurethane, acrylic, paint, even chalk.

Answers18" without leaves up, (with a steady 22") 9" leafs with a total 36" over all. Put the legs to the outside like a normal table (instead of to the instructions) and it is a sturdy 5 star table.

AnswersThe upper opening is 17" x 13", and the bottom opening is 18" x 14". Both are inner measurements. The width (the shorter side when the table leaf is open) has a bigger opening.

AnswersAbsolutely solid wood. Parawood is similar to maple, but grown on plantations in Brazil. It is very sturdy.

Perfect!!
I own several International Concept pieces and have always been impressed by the quality and sturdiness they offer. So, when I needed a table in my laundry room for folding, I knew where I’d look. It won’t be permanent- if and when my top loading washer kicks the bucket, we will install a pretty butcher block counter over the units. I wanted something I can use elsewhere when that time comes. Enter this cute, perfectly sized, drop leaf table. It fits perfectly with the leaves facing forward and behind. I’ll leave the back leaf up all the time and I can drop the front leaf when it’s not being used. I’m going to paint it eventually, but was so excited after seeing how well it fits, I had to give it a great review!

This small drop leaf table exceeded my expectations. It arrived quickly and was packaged well. Assembly consisted of attaching four legs with the included hardware. The table is small, but just what I needed for a small kitchen. I finished the table with paint and stain and couldn’t be happier with the results. This is very sturdy, the workmanship was great and you can’t beat the price.

My small table was exactly what I need for my eat-in kitchen. It replaced a large dining room table that had seating for 8 people and took up half the space in my little eat-in kitchen. Being single, most of the time I was the only one eating on the table. I ordered my small new table late in the evening and it arrived at the store 2 days later for pickup. It was beautiful, easy to assemble and can comfortably seat 2 people whenever the side drop leaf are extended.
