Worked Great For My Subwoofer Enclosures
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently built two subwoofer enclosures with 3/4” MDF and I planned to spray paint them. I used Kilz Original as my base coat. I went with two coats and sanded in between. I was instantly pleased with how each coat laid down. I did incur a single issue when it came time to paint. Both projects were my first time building enclosures and I’m very happy with the Kilz primer. I’ve always heard that MDF can be tricky with paint. I’d say it’s no problem with Kilz.

Covers all yellowing

Redo of the “Murder room”
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently repainted my son’s bedroom aka the “murder” room that was blood red. Originally we tried just painting over the red paint but it came right back. We had to use the primer and that took care of it. The new color looks great and you can tell it was once blood red with a green and purple accent.
