Primer (Formerly KILZ MAX) is a new generation water-based primer, sealer and stain blocker offering performance of traditional oil and shellac-based primers. It tackles tough stains including heavy water damage, rust, smoke, nicotine, grease, tannin, ink, pencil, felt marker, pet stains and more. How long does it take to dry?

I just did a thick coat on a subfloor last night, set the timer to 1 1/2 hour to check it and it was dry enough to walk on. On the can it says 1 hour.
Does it help to black out smells from an exterior wall?

Will this KILZ RESTORATION able to block the odor from the ZINSSER oil based primer and topcoat with BEHR semi gloss paint?
